Personal Information for Inquiries

KB TECH Co., Ltd. processes the information below to receive and respond to website inquiries.

1. Information Collected and Purpose

We collect company, contact name, email, inquiry type, subject and message to process and answer inquiries. Phone number, product family, model and quantity are also collected if you provide them.

2. Retention and Deletion

Inquiries are retained for one year from submission. Expired inquiries and related submission records are deleted during inquiry submission and administration. Any applicable statutory retention requirements take precedence.

3. Consent and Your Rights

You may decline consent, in which case the website inquiry service will not be available. To request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, contact kbtech@ikbtech.co.kr or 1533-0705.

4. Storage and Access

Only authorized staff may access submitted inquiries. Inquiries sent by email are reviewed and answered through the designated email account.

5. Browser Storage

The product comparison feature stores only selected product family IDs in your browser. Administrators use cookies to maintain login sessions. We do not use visitor tracking or advertising cookies.
